Some RPi screen with case to fit MiSTer

I've just discovered some monitor i've bought some time ago. It's positioned as monitor for RPi. Some aliexpress sellers sell it as bare panel with board, other sellers sell it in simple case shown bellow:
As you can see de10-nano can fit there, the case is pretty deep.
What i think can be done:
1) remove original speakers and replace them with smaller narrow to fit them on the side walls of case.
2) add 40mm fan to one of original speaker grid and de10-nano over it. Without heatsink - it should be fine.
3) use some horizontal SDRAM module.
4) use short HDMI cable. Can put it out and connect the HDMI input of monitor from outside. So later you may connect hdmi cable through extender to some other monitor temporary.
5) add some DC-DC converter from 12V to 5V, so the whole device will be powered from single 12V power source.
6) I think even additional RPi 3A+ can fit the case )for upcoming midi).
May be when i will get more free time, i will try it.
Monitor is good, 1920x1080. It supports vsync_adjust=2 and syncs to both 50Hz and 60Hz.As you can see de10-nano can fit there, the case is pretty deep.
