IO Board v6.0 Fan-Selection

Hello dear Mister Board,
I recently acquired a 6.0 IO-Board and three fans to try out.
These are the ones:
- Sunon 5v
- Sunon 12v
- Noctua 5v
Do I have to solder to make 5v fans work in 3.3v mode on an 6.0 IO-Board?
Or is there another way to do exactly that? Is there something like a tutorial for this task? Except very general ones concerning soldering?
The Sunon-12v works in 5v mode but doesn't blow a lot of air on the heatsink and cpu just a little.
Is that too little? I mean I want to try all the cores including more demanding ones. And I want my mister to last as long as possible.
I just love it too much to make compromises
I just don't know which fan to take.
In an optimal situation I'd like to try the sunon 5v in 3.3v mode,
cause it costs a few bucks less than the noctua...
Maybe you guys can help.
Peace
