Nice guide! You can actually create seperate sdram files from within human switch.x
Just configure your ram, then F11, create new ram file and after that select write.
After that you can load the custom ram file and press load to load the amount of ram into the system.
Some games are picky with the amounts of ram so I have a file for 2/4/6/8 megs of ram

Thanks for that - this is a really interesting core to see evolve. A good few years ago I played Attack on the Death Star on one of the emus at the time so it was the first thing I wanted to try. I get a lot of glitching with that once it gets to the wireframe intro so looking forward to seeing the improvements.

Interesting, does this means that cranking up the RAM all the way to 12MB isnt always helpful? Did you by chance get SSF2NC running without crashing?

I think there's no game that require more than 6 mb. I made a video with the setup and explaining how to use the core 20200520 (in spanish):

I can load the X68K Core, but with the new one that displays like the actual System loading I get 'Missing File or Directory: X68000. Same for FD00 or 01, and all files.
On the older .rbf Core, when I try to load the SRAM by going to SRAM-File, I don't see the .Bat file. So I'm missing something here. I did load the SD Card 2 to a separate Card and loaded all files to it. It's formatted to FAT32 and put in the I/O Board. What am I missing? Do I need to format the Top SD Card with the MiSTer SD Card utility?
So nevermind. I think I formatted in EXFAT instead of FAT32 which was causing the issues> Can load now, and wow this Core has such great potential.

I don't think that adapter would really work for the X68000 core. As far as I know, the current core does not actually have a 15.75 KHz output mode, and X68000 in general is not limited to 15.75 KHz modes (the official monitors were tri-sync). You'd probably need something that can crop or downscale an 800x600 SVGA mode to TV resolution.

Is it possible to use a custom resolution with vga_scaler=1 ?
Thank you in advance
