How Many Times Can the DE10 Nano be Flashed?

So since I know that FPGA boards generally have a limited number of flashes, I was curious how many times the MiSTer’s DE10 Nano can be reflashed. How often is it reflashed? Is it every time I pick a different core? Every new game I start? And if it wears out, I imagine I just replace the DEC10? If it’s not available in the future are there plans on how one might migrate over to a different FPGA board? Sorry if this is a redundant or stupid question.

FPGA used in de10-nano has no flash memory. So it has unlimited number of core loads.

I don't have a source for you, but I read an interview about the Mister board awhile back that said that the FPGA board could be reprogrammed pretty much forever. The other components will fail long before it does.
