Good Morning All.
I am looking at adding some custom configs for the Amiga, currently it looks like this...
Startup Config:
MegaAGS
Other Configs:
Amiga 500
Amiga 500+
Amiga 1200
When I save my own, it add to the bottom of the list with
020/AGA/P / HD 2M+384M
I wish to edit this name. I have looked in the minimig3.cfg file but it appears uneditable in Notepad+
MNMGCFG0 games/Amiga/MegaAGS-Kickstart.rom 00-A1000-A2000-CDTV.rom
Lots of characters that are showing as NULL, and the name is way to the right offscreen ( didn't want to paste it all ).
What is hte process for editing this file ?
Thank you.

Re: Config Question - Editing Names
I think the best way would be to be able to change the name when creating the config in the OSD. It was possible in the old times and I don't know why it has been removed.

Re: Config Question - Editing Names
A temporary solution is to use an hex editor to do this. I guess it is the way the MegaAGS config where made. It will stay until you make modifications to the config and save it: it will revert to these stupid names. In the old times it was possible to give your own names. The person who made these changes must have been working at Microsoft: they always think they know better what you want to do.
