I Accidentally Pressed “Switch to USB” Now I Can’t Get Back to Normal Set Up

Hi, I’ve been using MiSTer for years now, but tonight I accidentally pressed “switch to USB” on the main OSD menu, and the menu now shows “no files”. How do I go back or the normal set up?
Update: figured it out. I needed to plug in a keyboard and I was able to get back to the normal SD card mode.
