The TOS image you use is outputting in 60Hz by default make sure you don't have configured your MiSTer for 50Hz.
Is it the same when you unmount the HDD image?

@indyjcl,
Maybe a stupid question but do you mean you have the Atari ST core (V210419) 2021-04-19 ?
Where did you find this build ? The latest I've seen is the (V210224) 2021-02-24
Thanks.

My guess is idyjcl has mistaken the MiSTer version with the core version. The latest MiSTer update came on 2021-04-19. When you go to the about pageMiSTer doesn't show you the core version number but the MiSTer version number, confusing and maybe not the best solution

Hi
Many thanks for all your help and suggestions, I did post the wrong core version and mister version apologies
My BIGGEST mistake is that I put memory in the wrong slot. I am glad I did not break the DE10
Now it works correctly first time every time
Many thanks again.

Glad to hear this, as far as I can tell there is now danger in putting the Ram on the wrong side, it just didn't work.
