Sony LMD-9030

I've purchased another pvm (lcd) and this one has issues playing nes and snes cores. Every other core that I use work fine. My other two pvms (lcd) work without issue, could it be monitor is going bad? Any one have the same monitor and had same issues as I am and fixed it.

LCD's can be fussy with refresh rates, if you can set the core to 60Hz it will most likely work fine on the LCD
