Small request: Composite Blend filters w/ vertical scanlines

Unread post by Shaneus »

Hate to make requests for something that's already based around being free and open, but is it possible for there to be a composite blend filter that has vertical scanlines instead of horizontal? The horizontal filters that already exist look great (particularly for nullobject's Cave core), but I vastly prefer filters that have that slight blur to them.

Fake edit: Found this in the vertical scanline filter:
# Vertical Scalines just have reversed Horz. and Vert. Coefficients
So I've gone and done that (for the scanline modes) and have linked to here. Tested and has come out pretty well. More than happy with it :)

Enjoy!

That is great, thank you! I've been using the vertical scanlines soft filter upto now, looking forward to trying the ones you've made.

As there isn't a horizontal integer scaling option, I came up with a simple trick that uses the border option to get integer horizontal scaling, which makes vertical scanlines look perfectly clean, while maintaining the original aspect ratio.
