Inexpensive amplifier

I just received a cheap HDMI to VGA converter with sound output from Amazon. I plugged in to my arcade cabinet where I had old JPAC for connecting to JAMMA connector. Everything works really well, really happy. Only one thing remains and that is that the sound volume is low. Speakers are connected to a audio mini-plug which I can plug in to HDMI - VGA converters sound output but because there is no amplification, I can't get sufficient volume level.

If somebody has experience on cheap, simple (ideally only volume control and power switch that can be left in ON position so it is on whenever it receives power) and preferably small sound amplifier I can order from somewhere, any suggestions are welcome. Demands for sound quality are low as the speakers in the cabinet are anything but HIFI, but the amp shouldn't have extensive background noise or pick up interference from the electronics.

Please share your ideas.

A coupe of ways to go here and here is a couple!
1, Go the 5V way, https://www.amazon.com/s?k=5v+amplifier
Not sure if there is enough power here?
2, Go the 12V way https://www.amazon.com/s?k=12v+amplifier
Here there should be enough power.

If going the 12V or 5V way depends on what power supply you have in the arcade cab/for the mister and if there are enough power left for an amp.

3, Go the mains power way.
Have no real tip here tough!
