ProTracker with Shared Folder?

Hi all, I have the following setup:

-minimig properly configured and working with wb 3.1
-shared folder support configured and working
-a huge archive of MOD files in the shared folder.
-ProTracker 2.3 disk image

Problem : ProTracker boots and works, but because it is skipping WorkBench the shared folder doesn't get mapped!

Is there a way to run ProTracker from inside WorkBench, or alternatively map the shared drive before the ProTracker disk boots?
