Panel mount hdmi

Just purchased this right angle hdmi panel mount connector as I'm in the process of putting my living room mister in a 'thin itx case' when I plugged it in I get no signal to the TV, the connector works with other devices and my other hdmi cables work with the mister, so :?

Has anybody got any short panel mount HDMI extension cables that they have got working with the de10?

I used the one that Adafruit sells, and haven’t had any issues.
