I'm really fond of my Saturn gamepads and Arcade Sticks and would like to get my hands on a good USB adapter. I know that Raphnet sells one but they have been listed as "out of stock" for a while now. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

I share your fondness for those controllers, and got myself a Mayflash adapter. Although it was surprisingly cheap, it seems to work nicely. It's my current default controller with the Sega arcade stick.
The only issue I've had so far is that it defaults to setting the direction axis as hatswitches: you have to press A+Start each time you restart the MiSTer to switch it to a proper axis it can recognize.
I don't know if it will work with the Outrun wheel and Space Harrier stick. I am going to try that today or tomorrow for the heck of it.

Apologies for reviving an old thread but I'm using the Mayflash adapter with my Virtua Stick and the stick controls aren't being recognized. In-game the stick also stutters. Not sure if I'm mapping it incorrectly or perhaps it has something to do with not pressing A+Start when restarting. Can you please talk about this more and what this does? Thanks!

EDIT: never mind; I got it. It's literally holding A+Start on the stick for three seconds

I wired up a daemonbite Saturn adapter that works great with the project files over at github: https://github.com/MickGyver/DaemonBite ... llers-USB/. If you can solder I highly recommend it.

Daemonbite adapters work great with my japanese Sega Saturn controllers. Fully recommended.

The green one easily beats this. When doing Magneto's Hyper Grav MvC2 chain super, I couldn't get it to work on the white one nearly as consistently as the green one.

If you want a DIY adapter I've made one that supports the digital pad, analog pad and also a multitap (to connect 6 controllers)
