Anyone been able to save game progress to an empty disk?

How? Any hints? i mount empty disk and the game saves but it doesn't stick on disk.

Got it saving properly with an empty .d81 disk.

This is a great game.

@Spooky you can use empty.d64 on github page of c64 and I recommend you to use jiffybios it works great

Saving to a d64 works for me, but not when using DolphinDOS, which is loaded by default in my configuration. Switching to the “Standard C64” (OSD->Hardware->System ROM), it works correctly.
