Hi,
I recently got a mt32pi, and after check .cfg the Mt32pi is detected by mister, and is displayed in core menu, but I got no sound, and nothing is displayed in lcd (equalizer is totally flat, no sound incoming), so I think that something is wrong in setup. Any idea? Tnx

What core are you using? Does the MiSTer logo show on the MT32pi display?

Yes, mister logo is displayed. And with core do you mean rom? I just downloaded last version of mt32-pi from github and save it in sdcard

You don't know what a MiSTer core is, really?

Are you sure that the game supports MIDI and that it is enabled in the game? It could also be a core issue.
Perhaps a simpler test would be the X68000 core (try this build:
viewtopic.php?p=37220#p37220 ) with Akumajou Dracula. If MIDI is detected, then almost the first thing you see when you boot it up is a screen asking you whether you want to use FM, MT32 or SC-55. My mt32pi worked out of the box when I tried this.
Oh and the load times for that game are usually pretty long so you might want to get a harddrive version if you can. Floppies should still work fine though.

Yes, I just test X68000 core with Akumajou Dracula and it is working fine from pwn (raspberry jack), but not from i2c (mt32 jack) when configured like that.

You have the latest I/O board? I had v5.6 of the board and it did not work correctly with the MT-32-PI.

Make sure you have mt32 roms installed and all needed pins on your i/o board is soldered.

Please see my post.
I was missing pins. Had to solder a few more pins and it all works.
