Download link is in the video description. Just bump up the REU memory in the C64 options or it won't work.

This is really a great conversion! Never thought such a quality could be realized on a c64.
On the other hand I never liked Sonic, it was just too fast for me, I’m almost getting sick in playing the original game with this ultrafast scrolling. And that’s why I think the C64 version is almost better - the scrolling is much slower…

I would suggest actually trying the original 8-but versions the C64 release is based on. The master system : game gear platform was actually really good back in the day. Shame it only took off in certain territories.

Listening to how slow the music is in the C64 I assume they treated the PAL Master system as definitive!
Definitely the way to go if you think Sonic is too fast...

Plays better in NTSC mode ..

Yeah, setting the C64 core to NTSC makes the music run at its original tempo.
