Hi guys,
My sdram capacitor just unsolder from the board (128mb), but everything is working fine, even most RAM demanding games from Neo Geo core.
So, it is necesary to solder this again? Is there any trick to solder this? is too small...
Regards

It's there to filter small power fluctuations/dirty power. If you have a good clean power supply that is not close to load, it will not matter as much.

Hi,
I agree with rcade. If you are not confident to fix it yourself, it's probably better to leave it as is

Thank you guys, I will try to solder it anyway, if I find it too difficult then I will leave it as is. Regards

You cannot reuse the broken one, it’s cracked and ceramic capacitors typically short when cracked, which means if you manage to solder it back, you may kill the entire Mister.
It is not necessary to have it, so leave it alone.

I thought it was unsoldered, not broken. I just ordered a bunch of them. Anyway I will follow your advice and leave it alone. Tnx

Yeah you don't want to take that risk in a chip shortage world XD
