HDMI->VGA converter with 5V on pin 9

Hello all,
I'm using an Ultimarc VGA RGB amp to get my MiSTer output to proper levels for an old WG K4900 arcade monitor. The RGB amp was built with the assumption that 5V would be present on pin 9, which apparently was the standard on computer graphics cards (at least in the 2000s).
I have a UGREEN VGA converter which works great but doesn't have 5V on pin 9.
I've solved the issue so far by just soldering a cut USB cable to the RGB amp, but I was wondering if anyone happened to have used a different HDMI->VGA converter that does have 5V on pin 9?
Thanks
