Yie Ar Kungfu the game i played on the MSX2, thank you again for this nice freebie!

Both cores show the Beta / Patreon screen and are not playable.

You seem to be running the beta versions. Update your system. The public ones read v0f9469c in the OSD about screen. You can also tell because the OSD colour is gray, whereas the beta ones use a yellow colour.

Thanks for the reply Jotego, but i've updated the system before i tried to play them but i still got the beta core, or it might have skipped the update from beta to the public core i guess?

I've ran update_all and told it to remove the log that was kept and then ran update_all again, and then i got the public core and all was working well!

Yie Ar Kungfu was pretty fun to play!

Thanks man the two games are good fun my first game at Yie Ar Kungfu i got up to Tonfun. When i get off Death Row i can contribute.

Any estimate on Shinobi release? Looked playable since months back. Thanks for all your hard work

The thing is that Alien Syndrome works with the same RBF and it has severe problems (character stuck and sped-up count down). I want to finish it this month because for me it also feels like a weight when a beta lasts so long.

Hi, update_all doesn't add these new games for me
How can I download and add them please?

Check that your downloader.ini file, at the root of the SD card, contains a jtcores section:

I have released the public core for Konami's Mikie today.

I've tried the game today, but it's an oddball for sure, takes some time to get into.

Thank you - I had my first chance to try this tonight - Saturday Feb 5
It downloaded super basketball and Yie ar Kung Fu (program code) however they went into the general arcade section rather than my Jotego section
However it didn't download the core for Mikie

Please could you advise. Thank you for all your great cores.
