TV and core native video frequency

Just got myself a new TV, a Philips 43PUS8556 (The One). It displays every core (at native frequency) I throw at it, but with the really weird ones (Robocop arcade - 57hz) it throws me an error that the display mode is not supported, yet I get a picture, which looks fine to me. I press a button to remove the displayed error (usually monitors don't let you do that).

What are the chances that the core frequency is being displayed natively and not resampled? I am finding it hard to tell.

It's probably just outside the "supported" range, but still close enough to function.

Games that normally feature smooth background or text scrolling is a way to tell. Any stutter/judder and you are probably not displaying the original refresh.

@thread, it looks pretty smooth to me :)

My only disappointment with this TV is that 1440p content is only displayed at actual pixel size ending up with pretty much half a screen. No full screen option in this input. I guess a 4K MiSTer is needed :)
