controllers and keyboard not working

My mister used to work great, last time ive played i performed a update, everything was ok.

Today i tried to connect and controllers and keyboard do not work, tried diferent keyboards and controllers, usb seems not to work.

red and yellow light blink very slow.

How did you update?

It might be worth downloading the latest MiSTer firmware file from here, replacing the one on your microSD and seeing if that resolves your issue.

What hapened was that by mistake i connected speakers psu to the mister, and that just fked the vbus.
