Component Out Showing Up Weird

I've used component out in the past and never had an issue, but I have typically used HDMI but today I was using component and I noticed that some things were showing weird wavy lines or shifted lines of information and I've tried all kinds of things in the INI and it hasn't made a difference. I'm looking to see if anybody else knows what else I could try.

There's basically nothing you can do as far as non-scaled output goes on the Mister side. Some people have reported trouble syncing component to the TVs with the Mister in certain scenes. I would try feeding the TV some other inputs to make sure it's not going bad.

You could try using the scaler with vga_scaler=1 and creating your own 240p video modes. That will let you experiment with different blanking and refreshes and narrow down the issue.

Today I did try a few more things to narrow down the issue. I did try composite input and that worked without issue. I also used the same vga to component cable and connected Analogue NT and that also performed without a flaw so I now have it narrowed to the Mister. Tell me more about creating my own video modes, is that a resource online I can reference?

I should also add that it's not always this bad, in many games it's much more subtle but I took the picture on the Sega CD boot screen because I knew it's happens there so it was predicable.
