CRT TV Component Sync issues with some cores

Hi,
I hadn't updated my Mister in a while but did so last night. I've noticed that some of the cores no longer seem to be syncing with my JVC CRT TV. The new Esp.Ra.De core has this issue, but also some cores that used to work, such as Snap Jack and DoDonPachi, also suffer from this problem.
In the case of Snap Jack, if I hold down the menu button the menu appears and I can see the Snap Jack game screen appear, but when I leave the menu it no longer synchronizes again.
All the Jotego cores still seem to be working perfectly, as well as many others.
I also attempted to install the new Toaplan cores and I'm not getting video from these either.
I do go through the gcomp switcher, so it's possible there is something happening there, but most of the cores do work.
Did something change or is there a setting in the Mister.ini that might need adjusting?
