INI settings to connect Mister FPGA to 15khz arcade monitor and CRT TV via SCART

I have looked for information but I haven't found a definitive answer. I've got a Mister FPGA,JAMMA adapter and VGA->SCART cable from Antonio Villena (I'm located in Spain):

I might get an astro city and a CRT TV at some point, in the meanwhile I could try it in a friend's JAMMA cab (I believe astro city with MS8 or MS9 monitor) and CRT TV (Sony Trinitron). But I'm still not sure on the exact ini settings I would need to bring there. Would the arcade cab and CRT TV need different ini settings?
From the scattered info I have gathered, I think what I need different from when I use it in my HDMI monitors, is:
composite_sync=1
vscale_mode=0
video_mode won't matter, will it? If it does, what do I set it to?
Will some cores need specific settings? I would be mostly interested in CPS1, CPS2 and Neo Geo.

EDIT: I was just able to try both setups (scart cable in CRT TV, JAMMA adapter in candy cab) and they both worked with my regular 720p ini I use via HDMI, no changes needed.
