Thanks again for this new core! I do love it!
I have had to manually download the alternative MRA's as the update_all didn't grab them.I have tried a couple of times to delete all the files and use the script again but to no avail.

Same here. Today there was an update and they still did not come.

What does not come indeed, is the specific _alternatives/_ASO folder, to which the Alpha Mission and Arian Mission mras have been relegated.
I guess we have to add them manually, until @theypsilon fixes the distribution repo.
