Pink hue on Sony Trinitron using component

I have a weird situation with one of my CRTs. I have a ps2 and a mister connected to a 3 input, 1 output switcher. From this switcher, I have a 1 input to 8 output switcher so I can run different TVs depending on what game I am going to play. I have a couple of Sonys and a JVC D-series.
I am also using a hdmi to vga adapter on my mister. I put the resistors in the adapter so it syncs on green and have a vga to component cable that runs to my 3 way switcher. Everything works fine with my D-series and 34xbr960. No pink hue. My crappy Sony KV-27FS120 has a pink hue when using the mister. It works fine in the setup if I am using the ps2.
At first I thought it was the green gun or solder cracked. I was going to use the KV-27FS120 as a tate TV. I put some bracing on one of the sides so it wouldn't break on it's side.
Before I was going to check the insides for any damage, I used the service menu. It worked fine, green colors. Then I tried the ps2 on the same setup and it worked fine. I tried plugging the mister directly into the tv and it was still pink.
Any ideas?
