MiSTer Not Booting Correctly With Guncon 2

When I plug my Guncon 2 to my Mister, I’m not able to get into the menu. Like when I start the PSX or NES cores, it won’t allow me to get to the menu to setup the input for the Guncon 2. I have tried having my ps4 controller and Guncon 2 plugged and just the Guncon 2 plugged. But when I unplug the T cable from the Guncon 2, but leaving it plugged in the usb, I can get to the menu. What’s going on with it? What power supplies do you guys use with the Guncon 2?

First post here in the forum, sorry if I'm replying a 1 year old question.

I had the same issue yesterday, and that's why I came to the forum, seems that its the calibration file messing with the Core.
What I did was to manually delete the calibration file in the config forlder.

I did a couple of tests, and I found that if you calibrate the Guncon 2 out of boundries of your CRT it will give this issue on the PSX core.

I haven't tried this bug on other cores.
