Medal of Honor Terrible Unplayable First Level

Hi,
I tried the US version of medal of honor and on the first level it becomes unplayable, I cannot walk past the road at a certain point in the first level and there are enemy soldiers floating in mid air.
Could anyone advise please?

Hello, I just checked, I'm currently playing through medal of honor in the US version and I replayed the first level. Everything works on my side.
Do you maybe have some unsafe options set in the core menu?
It could also be that the CD image you're using is damaged.

Thank you for the reply - what do you mean by unsafe options set in the core menu please? - What would be the ones that could cause the problems?

Under "Miscellaneous":
(U) = unsafe -> can crash
CD Fast Seek,Off,On(U)
Turbo(Cheats Off),Off,On(U)
Pause when CD slow,On,Off(U)
PAL 60Hz Hack,Off,On(U)
If you have none of these showing "(U)", please check your image. We had several users checking the first level in the discord channel and it worked for all of them.
