128MB SDRAM Problem

Hey, I've got a new XS-D V2.5 128Mb SDRAM Add-On Board and since then, the Atari core bombs the moment it tries to load the TOS. This happens at any memory size using EmuTOS and all the TOS supported (1.02 to 2.06).
When I put back my old 32mb SDRAM, it works. The seller of the 128mb board said it was tested at 140mhz.
Did I get myself a bad memory board?

what does the memory test say when you run it at 140mhz for some time?
do other cores like neogeo or psx with a decently sized rom throw any kind of error(s)?

I've run memtest at 140mhz for 15-20mins and it did not give any error.
PSX= Played with Silent Hill, Ridge Racer Revolution and Resident Evil and all worked OK without error.
With the Atari core, using EmuTOS, I do get to the "loading" screen of EmuTOS but when the desktop is about to show, I get Panic error.

Looking at the MiSTer Wiki the Atari ST/STe core requires a memory clock speed of 96MHz, try running other cores from the link below that use 96MHz if those fail your SDRAM is unstable when down clocking to 96MHz.
https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Main_Mi ... -use-SDRAM
Jotego also has a dedicated 96MHz SDRAM test on his GitHub.

Version 2.5 is not exacly new, but test it in 48mhz and 96mhz and let us know. If you need any help, and if you're in Europe I can help you to change the chips to new pcb models.
Kind regards
Ricardo

Also the design is for 2 ram chips. There are 4 chip variants which have had timing issues in the past
