Hi to all, core is almost perfect, but I get cut in the audio on boot screen and some games got a 1 second of freeze... randomly (pro evolution, castelvania symphony....) other cores works ok.

This is likely when the core swaps between video modes and the scaler/your TV is locking in the new signal. Playstation routinely changes between 240p/480i and other intermediary resolutions, depending on your vsync settings in MiSTer.ini you'll experience a blip (this is normal). Games like Resident Evil 2 or infamously Chrono Cross are good games to test this with as their menus display in a 'high-resolution' mode and it used to be quite tedious on some older scalers going in and out of the menus on original hardware.

It shouldn't be there on a CRT and you can try setting vsync_adjust=0 to alleviate it somewhat.
