MiSTer VRR on LG OLED?

Hi all
I sold my 2 MiSTer setups last year as needed the cash. One thing that bugged me was the lack of VRR, which meant on my LG OLED which supports Free and G Sync I would get improper shadow flickering on Samurai Showdown 2 and some other games as is forced it to 60hz. I've heard the VRR update realeased this year now corrects this. I just wondered if anyone can confirm this for sure? And if I'd need to run any particular build of the MiSTer software to achieve this? The use of VRR would make me jump back in with MiSTer so would appreciate confirmation. Cheers

Yes, it works perfectly fine on my C1 and it's great. You can easily activate it using the ini_settings script.

Thanks man. And it's definitely recognising the non-60hz resolutions correctly when you spam the green button on the TV?

Yes, absolutely. It's just perfect. It made me move my MiSTer setup to my TV again.

Yes, it even makes that very low or high hz rates work on my qled tv which would not work before the VRR option was a thing
