Hi all
can someone please share a (zipped) copy of the file kchamp.mra (or jtkchamp.mra, not sure), since it's missing on my system even after a gazillion runs of update_all?
I've experienced some update_all blues as of late, and possibly the missing mra file for jtkchamp is just a consequence of that...
I've tried anything I could think of - nukeing all the brf/mra files, run update and update_all multiple times - but no way that specific file is getting downloaded; for the record, the related jtkchamp_20220909.rbf file is instead properly in place.

you can try delete this file on your sd card /media/fat/Scripts/.config/downloader/downloader.last_successful_run
it will redo every thing from start check what files on your sd card.

I've used the menu option from the update_all configuration to delete every rbf and mra files, then ran update-all again.
Unfortunately it just recreated a copy of what i already had - thus no kchamp.mra

you need to delete the file downloader.last_successful_run

Hmmmm since update_all fetched the jtkchamp_20220909.rbf file I'd have expected the .mra files to be available as well... Right?

as far as i know the mra is still downloadable but you just see the intro screen of the game and get this is a jotego beta join the patreon to get the beta access.but i like just looking on the intro screen.

The MRA is rarely named like the core. Are you sure the MRA name is kchamp.mra or jtkchamp.mra?

Good point, all the other JT cores I've seen only have the JT prefix for the. rbf core itself, the .mra files drop it
So I'd expect the name to be kchamp.mra
Anyway there's no *kc* .mra files anywhere, so the core is probably still in supporters-only beta stage, as others have suggested.

I still think this one is still in beta, and won't work if you aren't a patreon subscriber and have the needed file.

I'm in no rush to get yet another game , I'll just wait until the beta period is over.
Seeing that.rbf file among the cores got me off guard, and since I'm experiencing random update_all issues thought it was due to that.
Honestly I'd love to support JT and all the other wonderful people working so hard for the community, but money is what it is these days and you've got to make choices...
