To help noobs like me:
I haven't seen anyone really talk about blur busters, so I figure I'd mention it on here because I personally have learned the most about the complex topic of video from them. https://blurbusters.com/
In particular they have a powerful web based display tester you definitely want to check out your setup on https://www.testufo.com/
For display reviews blur busters is good but check out https://rtings.com as well to corroborate second opinions.
MiSTer doesn't have an easily accessed browser to my knowledge so you want to check out the 240p test suites too, which are run like a ROM. They support many retro systems and are a must have IMHO. Maybe we should include these in update-all? https://github.com/ArtemioUrbina/240pTestSuite
Hope this isn't redundant
