I have been banging my head againt a wall for 2 days on this
Setup
I have Antonio Villena's setup USB/IO board
Power is 5V 4A so should have no issues
I have tried the following adaptors to attach
SATA to Single USB cable
SATA to Y-USB Cable (for extra power)
SATA to USB with external power
I have tried the following drives (all formatted to exFAT)
2tb Samsung QVO SSD - usb light flashes a bit then stops. Mister does not see it
320GB HDD - usb light flashes a bit then stops. Mister does not see it
128gb San Disk USB Flash Drive - This worked one time only with a solid USB Light but most of the time usb light flashes a bit then stops. Mister does not see it
I have tried with and without other devices and dongles plugged into the other USB ports
I was super surprised today that the external power adaptor didn't work. I assumed it must have been down to the power from the ports not being enough. I am all out of ideas. the max SD card you can get is 1tb and I believe you can only use one
Please help
