COCO3 BIOS ROMs aren't downloading

I don't use the COCO3 core, so this has no real impact on me, but the update_all script has erased my old BIOS ROMs, and is refusing to download new ones. I get this error from update_all:

I assume there's a typo in the manifest somewhere.

As a suggestion for the script, it might be good to download and verify new ROMs before removing old ones. That would help ensure that the user is never left in a worse state than before running update_all.

Again, no skin off my nose, I'm not affected. I just see the errors when I update.
