Help Running Zork 2, Zork 3 and Might and Magic 2

Hi there
DISCLAIMER: I am NOT requesting these games, they are easily available on ExoDOS and on this collection in archive.org, which was previously discussed in this core's section: https://archive.org/details/tdl-hdd, so I have at least 3 or 4 version of each one.
Thing is: I have been trying to get Zork 2 and 3 with this PCXT core, and they run on the core but show A LOT of garbage on screen.
Have you been able to run them succesfully?
Also, Might & Magic II: Gates to Another World, which is run in TANDY mode with

mm2 T, seems to simply hang the computer. Have you succeeded running this one? How?
