Hello.

I've been trying to load Swedish characters on the C64 core.

What I have been doing is loading the basic, local-kernal and 1541 file from http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/ ... index.html

Then I created a rom combining the files in DOS as the GitHub page tells you to. "COPY BASIC + KERNAL + dos1541 MYOWN.ROM /B"
This seems to work but after loading the rom using OSD: Hardware->Load System ROM I still do not have swedish characters.

Is other characters in core not possible?

Other characters require the character ROM to be loadable, which it is currently not, or integrated into the core, like it was done for the Japanese variant.

You can try to add a feature request on the Github (https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/C64_MiSTer).
