MT32-Pi Gerber Issues?

Hey there,
I'd like to build an MT32-pi hat, but I'm a bit nervous about finalizing order because two out of three vendors (Aisler and PCBway) I've tried don't seem to correctly recognize where to put holes/drills on the actual PCB.
JLCPCB apparently does, but since there doesn't seem to be a consistent behaviour in previews between the three service providers, plus Aisler told me the drill info is actually there BUT in a completely wrong position (see their reply with included picture --> https://twitter.com/AislerHQ/status/1602302545577263104) I'm not sure whether I would get the right, finished PCBs or not.
On the other hand, I see the gerber have been sitting on the Github repository for more than 2 years, so it seems unlikely a major issue like this would go unnoticed.
So... here's me, confused and asking for help.

I have got a few,, made a few --- sold a few. PM me your address and I can send a pcb set out to you for free. I can send you one built for $20.

Thank you so much for your nice offering, but I'd just prefer to understand (as much as I can) and solve that issue.

Mine were done by JLCPCB -- had many other boards done by them. Never had a problem and pretty cheap. Think I got 20 sets of these for $18.00 a year ago with a coupon or something.

Got it, thanks again.
Local (=in Europe) manufacturing would have been a better choice to me (no import fees) but as I said Aisler doesn't seem to be an option this time.

For the record: I later got the PCBs manufactured by JLCPCB, no issues at all...
...except I totally forgot about ordering the top/cover PCB in black, but that's totally on me (plus, not an actual issue, just a cosmetic one)
