But isn't Arcade Organizer getting its data from the cores?

Country Club is also Horizontal (but mislabeled as Vertical).

I am the current maintainer of the arcade organizer and I have fixed the rotation on the stuff that you have mentioned.

Going the other way, Pac-Man Plus is vertical but not labeled as such.

S.A.R. - Search and Rescue is also vertical.
