MiSTer No Display Signal

So I haven't used my mister in a few months. Last time I used it was on a trip I took by plane. I wanted to update everything but powering on I get no signal. The lights from my Digital IO board aren't lighting up either. Tried directly powering from DE-10, tried different cables and monitors but nothing is working. My .ini settings are the default ones.
Build:
DE10-Nano
Digital IO
128mb ram
RTC
USB Hub
powered by Triad WSX050-4000

Is the micro SD card in the correct card slot? (The one on the DE10-Nano itself.)
Are the 4 DIP switches set correctly? (For digital IO they should be set to Off, Off, Off, On. Check here.
Have you tried a fresh install on a different micro SD card?

Looks like dead or broken SD card.

yeah, that's what it turned out to be. went to the store and bought another one. works fine now
