RS232 for the Amstrad CPC ?

Hello,
I'm not sure if I have overlooked it or if there is no RS232 implementation (yet ?)
for the Amstrad CPC core.
If not, do we know if there will be one?
I would like to use a Terminal Program like 'Kermit' and go BBSing
