Thanks for this new arcade.
There is no setting for Horizontal/Vertical which is a problem when using a landscape monitor.

The settings was added on the SMS core but not released for the moment.

SMS: Add video rotation option to SystemE Arcade (birdybro).
I just tested it and as expected it is working.
