Does anyone know if SNAC works for this multitap for 2 player in the Megadrive/Genesis core?

Does anyone know if SNAC works for this multitap for 2 player in the Megadrive/Genesis core?
Should work with up to 4 controllers on games with multitap support.
If you want generic 2p support, then no. Game must support multitap.
having a quick look online at megadrive/32x/megacd games it looks like a 2 controller SNAC is largely irrelevant at the games I looked at can only take one mouse/lightgun. I have a daemonbite DB9 and a sega SNAC.
