Add a Way to Change Region in the OSD

Would it be possible to allow the osd to change it?
Would make it easier then pressing the button combo i sometimes miss.
I just found that you gotta go into the OSD then right and save so it saves the bios settings. per game thou. IDK maybe make for all games as well in the osd.

I think if you use the MRAs\RBF from Blackwine you can do that.
