Feature request: Option to display update/change logs

Not sure if it's already requested, I think it would be helpful to have ways to see update/change logs within Mister OSD menu especially in light of recent major vga_mode ini update. Have option to display new update info on first boot after update_all for main framework and cores. Keep running logs of updates that can be pulled from OSD. Many cores already have readme.md you can access via Help menu option so maybe update logs can be added.
