The recents feature is an awesome addition. I have one gripe, that comes with my OCD. The MiSTer main menu lists every previously played Arcade game as an individual core, because that's what they are. Would it be feasible to have an option to toggle [OFF] recents on the main menu(cores) only?

Every arcade is basically separate core. It doesn't matter that some arcades share the same rbf file. They are still like separate cores.
I didn't understand what you want to toggle off.

If possible, I would like to be able to toggle [off] the recents feature on the main core menu but, still work in console cores like SNES etc.
