After the next session in the metroid on the gba core. I turned mister off with the button as always. And today I launch the core of the GBA and the appropriate game is white LCD, the download reaches the GBA logo, and the pixels are mixed on the logo, but after trying to download save state, the game loaded but there were a lot of artifacts and a small number of fps. Then I started running other kernels and out of 10 tried, only the snes kernel turned out to be working.
is there a script that does something like checking the integrity of files?

I don't think so, but you can try the following:
- Upload an existing core with a different name.
- Connect to your MiSTer via ssh.
- Use
diff -qas <path to 1st core> <path to 2nd core>
The last command will tell you whether they differ.

Sounds like your microSD card might be full, or corrupted, or a fake one.
