Need Help for 4 Players with RFID Launcher Arduino fw

Hi guyz, I'm not dev so it's why I need some help, thanks
I'm looking for an arduino that can handle 4 players and rfid reader I've find some that they look good for this use, arduino due, also arduino giga r1(seem to have wifi and bt but I don't know if it can be use by MiSTer) and the arduino méga 2560, I would like to use something that can use only 1 usb port or 2 for the power in, it's not for business but more for offering a pretty cheap solution for this features, so if someone is interested for helping me for this project you're welcome
