Unable to Get I-PAC 2 to Work With Menu

Hi All,
I have an issue with my Mister in that its stopped recognising the "Enter" key from a shifted input (COIN + Button1) from my IPAC2.
To clarify, if i press F9 on a keyboard to drop to a shell and press COIN + Button1 the Enter key is accepted properly as it will display another

After every press, so i know that the keybinding is working and that the Mister is receiving it.
Yet, in the Mister menus it will not allow me to enter a submenu using the same input. Pressing Enter on the USB Keyboard i have attatched DOES work.
I did wonder, as this was working, if i had managed to shift the "input" but i tried to press ScrllLck on the Keyboard as indicated to rotate and that also appeared to do nothing.
Any ideas here?
