Can anybody tell me what was changed between v6.0 and v6.1 for the I/O board and if it's important changes?

Also, what's the difference between the USB bracket and USB bridge? :)

USB Bridge plugs into both micro USB ports at the front:

USB Bracket plugs into headers on top of the USB board, and the micro USB port on the front of the DE-10.

Both do the same thing, just using different connections on the USB hub board. The only real deciding factor here would be if you have a case, it'll probably based on one or the other of these styles.

I/O 6.1 has the option for a 7th data pin on the User Port

Got it. Thanks guys!

It looks like the I/O board v6.0 could also be modified to support this 7th data pin? Is the 7th data pin only used for SNAC adapters?

Yeah, you can modify the 6.0 board. 7th data pin is used for Sega controllers, I believe.
